Bio/History: Devon was born and raised in Twilight Town by his two parents. They were easily the most rich family in the world, almost living as nobles. However, not two days after Devon left to live on his own, tiring of living at the family estate, the leader of the new Organization found him and ripped out his heart, the resulting abomination was Absolute Sovereignty, but he goes by Sovereign.

When he came to the door, he found that it was empty, apparently his parents and servants had gone on vacation to the beach. He felt it was his right as the sole heir to ransack the home, taking all of the Munny and valuables, dressing himself as a true monarch, and leaving. Needless to say, the ones who lived there were in for a rude homecoming.

- Royal Guard - "Not so fast!" Sovereign raises his blade toward the sky, creating a "spectral" knight version of himself directly in front of an attack to absorb the blow.
- Supreme Monarch - "You're nothing but the dust between my feet and the ground!" Sovereign extends his blade out to his side and coats it in energy, elongating the blade itself, allowing him to have a greater range. He can either use up the energy by attacking with it, or slam the blade into the ground, causing several energy columns to raise up around him and move outward.
