Shit, she was seriously in trouble. This was the last time she was ever going to trust a portal again! Balling her fists angrily she crept along the dark streets, diving behind every large object she could happen upon. She needed to find a way to escape this place! And she needed it quick!
A sound of heavy footsteps disturbed and Rose’s eyes darted wildly as she armed herself with her familiar bow and arrow. Fear gripped her as the person rounded the corner.

"Now what's a pretty face like you doing in my realm?" A voice echoed through the town, obviously directed at Rose. However, it was impossible to tell where the voice came from. The silky, feminine voice gave a light chuckle before continuing, it's source still out of sight. "Shouldn't a girl like you be at home, in the Light? Or have you come seeking the true power?"

Rose froze at the sound of the voice. How wonderful. She'd been discovered. For a moment panic set in, but her rational mind quickly quelled her fears as she willed herself to concentrate. Her magic was almost back to normal, all she needed to do was hold on for a little while longer then she could escape. When the voice mentioned true power, Rose narrowed her eyes and scoffed.
"True power, well thats one word for it isn't it." she said icily. She broke into a run with her bow and arrow ready and waiting at her fingertips.

The voice gave another chuckle as the Darkness started to encroach upon her more. "So fiery. I like you. Tell me Somebody, have you heard of the Eternal Black?"

"I've heard of them." said Rose as she stopped. Her bow was poised ready, she knew it wouldn't really hurt the person if they were to appear. But if she was lucky it'd distract them enough for her to run. But she needed to be quick. It wouldn't work unless she truly concentrated. Her eyes though they appeared cold and unforgiving glared with somber concentration.
"Evil never really appealed to me." she anwsered blankly.

"Evil? Oh no, you got us all wrong. We simply are a group of powerful creatures that don't mind showing off. We are ranked by strength. I am the only woman in the group too. Take a guess at what rank I am. I may reward you if you guess riiiiight." The voice said with is normal, calm tone.
