She hadn't realized how big the pots where when she bought them from the flower shop. However, though she was struggling with the three large planting pots, she didn't want to trouble the shop keeper for help. So she slowly made her way in the direction of her house, struggling every step of the way.

Marcus walked around the corner, trying desperately to find where his mother's new address was. However, when he saw the woman struggling to carry the pots, he ran right over, his overwhelming sense of helping others kicking in. "Those look kind-a heavy, would you like some help?"

She sat the pots down and gave him a bright smile. "If you don't mind, sir. I didn't realize how heavy they were when I bought them..." The happy girl said.

"If I minded, I don't think I would of offered, silly." he smiled back at her as he bent over to pick up the pots. "So, where to?"

"Oops, I guess I forgot to introduce myself." he laughed. "I'm Marcus Strife, but you can call me 'Mark' if you wanna. What's your name, miss?" He asked her as he followed her.

"Victoria Fair." She replied as they reached her house. "Nice to meet you. You can just sit those down anywhere in the yard, Marcus"

"Alrighty, Miss Fair." he said as he sat them down close to the door. "Say, are you related to a 'Zack Fair' by any chance?"

"Oh please call me Victoria. Tori even, if you wanted to." She insisted. When he asked about Zack, a huge smile crossed her face. "Uh-huh! He is my daddy and my hero. One day, I hope to be a hero, just like him. After all, I am the only one of my family left."

A huge smile crossed Mark's face. "That's so cool! My father's Cloud, surely your dad talked about him?" He almost jumped up and down in excitement, that was until she said something about her family. "Jeez, sorry to hear that."

"It's fine. I've just got to try really hard. I know they'll be proud." She said cheerfully. "And yes, Dad talked a lot about Mr. Cloud. Nothing but good too." Then she realized that they were still standing out in the hot sun. "Oh, do come in. Maybe I could get you something to drink?"

"Well, if you insist, I could use some water." he smiled at her. He was happy that her father had talked so highly of his. He stepped inside and rested his bundle on one shoulder. "Is there a good place for me to put this?"

"Anywhere is fine. I'll probably trip over it where ever you put it." She laughed as she walked toward her kitchen. "That's why I have to keep my weapon on the wall over the fireplace."

He set it up against the wall, propping it up next to a bookcase. He looked to check out the mounted weapon. Lo and behold, it was a Buster Sword. "No way! You've got a Buster Sword!"

"Yep!" Victoria chimed as she handed Marcus the glass of water she had returned with. "Dad gave me that on my 14th birthday. Had it custom made to my favorite color and everything. He gave me that and a bouquet of roses. He always knew just what to get me. Mom taught me to be a better healer that year. Possibly one of the best birthdays ever. What is your weapon?"
