All forms introduced in Kingdom Hearts II, save for Limit Form and Anti-Form (which is instantly unlocked upon creating a Keyblade Wielder), are unlocked by going Anti-Form a certain amount of times as well as a monetary value. You must PM an Admin with links to a thread you participated in and went Anti-Form. The transformation had to of been legitimately brought on. We will not increase your "Anti-Count" just for going "Oh, I need to go Anti-Form now." UPDATE - Due to the Dark Realm Keybladers having control over their Darkness, their Anti-Form is switched out with a Dark Mode, which is more or less a cross of Anti-Form and Valor Form. As such, they are not allowed to have the below forms.
- Valor Form - 200 Munny, 2000 Heart Points, and 1 Anti-Count.
- Wisdom Form - 300 Munny, 3000 Heart Points, and 1 Anti-Count.
- Master Form - 400 Munny, 4000 Heart Points, and 3 Anti-Counts.
- Final Form - 800 Munny, 8000 Heart Points, and 5 Anti-Counts.
- Custom Form - 400 Munny, 4000 Heart Points, and 2 Anti-Counts.
