"Then what would you prefer? Pasta or Pizza?" He asked with a small chuckle. Then his stomach growled as if answering hers. He couldn't help bust burst into laughter.

She chuckled with him, then answered "It doesn't really matter to me."

"Pasta it is." The blue haired man said as he lead the way.
-a little bit later-
"Here we are. It isn't terrible fancy or anything, but the have the best pasta I've ever eaten." Elroy said as he walked up and held the door open. "Ladies first."
After they got in and got to the table, the waiter told them that he would be right with them. "So, do you drink any kind of alcohol? Or are you more a water kind of person?"

She took her seat, thrilled at what a gentleman he was being. "Actually, I prefer having a Coke over water. I've never had any alcohol, actually. What about you?" she asked with a smile.

"I do occasionally have a drink. Usually red wine or a mixed drink. Though I do enjoy my Coke too." He said with a soft smile as he glanced over the menu. The waiter came back and asked what they wanted to drink. Elroy looked over to Isis, as if waiting for her to order her's first. Not many ever got to see Elroy's gentleman side. Most never got past the accidental, initial know-it-all tone in his voice.

"I'd like a Coke, please, preferably with no ice." she informed the worker with a smile. He nodded as he wrote it down and looked over at her male companion.

"I'd like a glass of red wine, the darker the better." The man said. The waiter nodded before disappearing once again. Elroy looked back at Isis with that same soft, gentleman like smile. "So, I was wondering. Might you be interested in traveling with me, Isis? I understand if you refuse, but I would certainly enjoy the company. Especially your company."

She blushed at the last part of his request. "I'd love to. It gets kind of boring and lonely traveling around by myself." She randomly remembered the subway system that ran under the town. "Hey, tomorrow you wanna explore the Underground?"

"Sounds like fun. I'd love to." He answered right as the waiter came back and placed their drinks in front of then.
"Are you ready to order?" The waiter asked, looking at Isis since he knew that Elroy wasn't about to order first.

She cheered in her mind as he agreed. She looked back over the menu as she took a sip of her soda. "Hmm, I think I'll try the chicken fettuccine alfredo." The waiter nodded as he wrote it down and took her menu, turning to Elroy afterward.

"The lovely lady has good tastes." He chuckled before continuing. "I'll have the same." The waiter gave Elroy a smile before heading off to the back. He gingerly took a sip of his wine before holding the glass out to Isis. "Care to give it a taste?"

"No thank you, my family is known to have a history of drunks." she chuckled. He was so nice and sweet. The fact that he was quite handsome didn't hurt either, and she definitely liked him.

"Smart woman. Knowing your family's history and not following suit." Elroy said with a rather impressed tone. Isis was so smart, beautiful, personable, and just an all around joy to be with. If he wasn't so secretly shy, he might even ask her out. Sadly, his well hidden shyness kept getting in the way.

"Hey, Elroy." she said, looking at the table. "Y'know how you asked about my scar earlier on the tower?"

"Yes, it is a most interesting scar. However, I respect your decision to not tell me." He said with a kind tone and sweet smile. "Why do you ask?"
