The Start of Something [Ray Cozart]

"I'll accept your munny, as long as I earn it. I've always had to work for something, sort of became a habit." he shrugged. He looked up the ominously tall stairwell. "Um, I think it'd be both better and safer if you led the way."

[Alex Faith]

Alex let out a chuckle and quickly cleaned up the meal, setting the left overs by the door. "Alright, C'mon." She said with a smile, hopping up the stairs.

[Ray Cozart]

He smiled back as he followed her at a much safer stride. He had a bad history with stairs. Like, trying to run up them, and smashing his head into the wall. He really didn't think it was time to relive that exact moment in his life.

[Alex Faith]

Finally she bounced up to the door, after nearly falling. Quickly she opened the door and motioned Ray inside, going in before he could react and sitting on the memory form king sized bed.

He peaked inside and saw the giant bed. "Are we going to share the bed?" he asked completely serious. He wasn't used to having a bed of his own, let alone one so big. "If so, I'll let you use it, I'm fine with the floor."

[Alex Faith]

"I have my own room Ray." She laughed. "No, you get this all to you. I hope you like it. Damn, it's comfortable." She was confused by his question at first, then she remembered what he told her. Poor guys. This must be a lot to take in for him.

[Ray Cozart]

"Oh... yeah... sorry... I forgot." he said, feeling like a complete and total idiot. He walked over and poked the bed. It was so soft. An amused grin came across his face and he began to poke the bed about a million times per second.

[Alex Faith]

Alex could help but laugh. Not only because watching him poke the bed like it was going out of style, but because she too did that. "Don't poke a hole in it." She joked, getting up and walking into the bathroom attached to his room.

[Ray Cozart]

He stopped and looked kind of sad. He watched her and gasped. "Holy pancakes of Pandora, I have my own bathroom?!"

[Alex Faith]

"Yes, Mr. Pancakes, you do." Alex said, trying very hard not to cry from laughing so hard. "I'll get some manlier shampoo and stuff to put in here. But yeah, this is your bathroom."

[Ray Cozart]

"I get my own shampoo as well?" his eyes were wide with bewilderment. Not only did he have his own bed, but his own bedroom, bathroom and shampoo. His heart was racing, he had never had so much in all of his life, and he didn't know how to react.

[Alex Faith]

"You will probably get your own everything." Alex admitted. "It's the least I can do in return for your help and friendship. Now, if you really want to earn it, I'll let you wash dishes occasionally. Oh and laundry. You can do laundry." She let out a laugh as she said that last part.

[Ray Cozart]

"Sounds like a fair trade." his eyes growing wide at the thought of having his own 'everything.' This was all becoming so overwhelming. He went from having nothing but the clothes on his back to having his own bedroom, shower, and shampoo. Funny how things work out like that.

[Alex Faith]

"Sweet. No more laundry." She cheered, accidentally throwing herself off balance and falling. She couldn't help but laugh. She usually wasn't clumsy, but it was always funny when she was. The only problem was tile wasn't soft. "Man." She said in between laughs. "That didn't feel good"

[Ray Cozart]

"Yeah, it didn't sound good either." he chuckled. "Are you alright?" He asked as he walked over to her and offered a hand.
