"I've just practiced swordplay for most of my life. I was a fairly decent Struggler," he explained. "Er... if you don't know what I mean by that... it's a Twilight Town thing," he added, unsure if Kaylee had ever heard of Struggle matches.

Her expression fell. She hadn't meant to say anything. "I just... My family has had a long standing struggle with Darkness... Mine always takes over when I become afraid... THAT'S why I though we were screwed earlier..."

Zack picked up on the fact that this was an uncomfortable thing to talk about. "Hey, you'll find your light someday. Just have faith," he said, trying to comfort her. "Anyway, how do you suggest we train?" he asked, trying to change the subject.

His comfort brought a slight smile to her face."Um, I don't know. we could hunt for more heartless or we could spar. Or practice our magic." She suggested, shrugging.

"Well..." Then she thought about it. He had to have gotten here some way or another. Maybe they could actually go OUT and train. Real combat is the best training, and they weren't going to get that here. "Wait, Zack, how did you get here? To Sieflan I mean."

A smile flashed on Zack's face. "I built my own gummi ship. It isn't really impressive right now, but it's a work in progress," Zack replied. "It's not too far away from here, actually. Would you like to see it?" he asked.

"Yes, yes I would, but Zack. Real combat is the best training. We could, I mean, if you don't mind taking me with you, travel to other worlds. Maybe we could benefit from it that way. You know, save a world, hone our skills, and for me find my light." She said, excited about the idea of traveling.

"That sounds like a great idea!" Zack replied. "I was already planning to go to other worlds anyway, and my gummi ship easily has enough room for two." He started heading back down the path he had came from. "It's this way!" he yelled back, motioning for Kaylee to follow.

Kaylee gave a small squeak of happiness and followed her new friend to his ship. This was all new and exiting, she could hardly wait.
